Labor and Employment Mediation
Welcome to a new kind of mediation experience. With over 24 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, I bring deep legal knowledge and a results-driven approach to mediation. My practice is built on the belief that a mediator MUST do more than just move offers back and forth—a mediator MUST provide clarity, direction, and real solutions.
As your mediator, I will take an active role in the resolution process. I evaluate each case honestly, offering candid assessments based on my extensive legal background. Do not hire me if you’re afraid of candid dialogue. If you want a more traditional mediation experience, I am not your guy.
My goal is to candidly help parties understand their positions, identify strengths and weaknesses, and explore practical pathways to resolution. By combining empathy with VERY frank dialogue, I strive to bridge gaps and foster agreements that work for everyone involved. I do not provide a passive experience.
